These Terms of Service for Users (the "Terms") are a binding legal contract between you and Horizn that governs your use of the App and other Horizn offerings. When used in these Terms, the terms "Nozarū horizn", "we," "us," and "our" refer to the referenced Nozarū entity with which you are contracting. 

The Nozarū horizn application provides an online space for users to post, rate, and search for parkour-related events and training locations ("Spots") around the world. This space is available on the "Horizn" mobile application (the "Service"). These Terms of Use and any other policies or rules of the Service, including without limitation the Privacy Policy (collectively the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Nozarū horizn and the user registering, on his or her own behalf or on behalf of a third party, using the Service. 

Please read all of the Terms carefully before browsing, registering, contributing or transacting on the Service. 

1. Our mission 

Our mission is to participate in the evolution of the practice of parkour by helping its community to develop and connect through an adapted online service. Find a spot wherever you are, meet new people by participating in events of various sizes and much more. We want this online service to be intuitive, efficient and above all decentralized as much as possible. Our evolution depends on your involvement because at Nozarū horizn, the community is in control. 

2. Acceptance of the Terms 

By using, registering for or contributing to the Service, you agree to be bound without limitation or qualification by the terms and conditions of the Terms. Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your full and unconditional compliance with these Terms. 

If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement or do not agree to the Terms in their entirety, you must refrain from registering, accessing or using the Service. 

Nozarū horizn may revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion by simply updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to be aware of any changes. 

3. Warning on the practice of "parkour"

The sport of "parkour" or "freerunning" involves certain inherent risks of personal injury or death and property damage. By using the Service provided by Nozarū horizn, you expressly acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved. Therefore, you agree that when you practice this discipline, whether at one of the training locations listed on the Service or not, you do so at your own risk. Therefore, you agree that it is your responsibility to obtain or maintain such health, liability, risk, injury, medical, life, or other insurance policies as you reasonably believe are necessary in the event of any injury to you or a third party while practicing parkour or freerunning. 

Further, you agree that you will not engage in parkour using the Service offered by Nozarū horizn in violation of any applicable laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, laws relating to property) and that you will not encourage any other person, user or otherwise, to violate such laws or regulations. You also acknowledge that engaging in parkour or freerunning in illegal or private areas may result in consequences (minor or serious) and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. 

4. Use of the service

Only persons who are at least 13 years of age may create an account to use the entire Nozarū horizn Service. However, anyone wishing to access the basic content offered by the Service, i.e., viewing the spots and events listed in the Nozarū horizn application, may do so without creating an account.

5. User account and password

To take advantage of the more advanced features of the Nozarū horizn Service, you must create a user account by providing at least your name and email address. 

Also, during the registration process, you will be asked to choose a password associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you choose and for the nature of the activities that occur within the Service under your password. Please keep this password confidential and do not disclose it to any third party. Finally, in the event that your confidentiality is compromised, you are obligated to notify us as soon as possible in order to avoid any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account.

Nozarū and its officers, directors, employees, agents and their respective successors and assigns shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of any user account and you agree to bear all responsibility for acts committed through the use of your "individual" user account or the Group Account for which you are responsible. 

In the event that you wish to terminate your account or report fraudulent and/or abusive use of your account, please contact us via the "Report a Problem" tab on the Service.

6. Content creation and publication

Nozarū horizn’s Service provides its users with features that allow them to: (i) create a user account to make full use of the Service, (ii) list training locations, (iii) rate, edit and report training locations, (iv) share your location with other users by enabling "tracking training", (v) create parkour and/or freerunning training sessions, gatherings ("Jam") and events. Thus, you agree that all information, data, texts, photos or other elements that you create, develop, disseminate, communicate, elaborate, generate, reproduce or publish on the Service via the functionalities cited in paragraphs (i) to (v) above ("Content"), are under your exclusive responsibility. 

Content created, developed, disseminated, communicated, developed, generated, reproduced or published on the Nozarū horizn Service becomes instantly public and will not be treated as private, proprietary or confidential. Nevertheless, you retain all ownership rights and are solely responsible for the Content you create or post on the Nozarū horizn Service. In other words, Nozarū horizn takes no responsibility for the Content you produce. Conversely, you are responsible for it. By posting Content on Nozarū horizn, you grant Nozarū horizn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to your Content for any purpose (the "License") and you waive all of your moral rights in it. This License shall be perpetual and may not be revoked for any reason. 

You further acknowledge and agree that Nozarū horizn shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or other damage arising, directly or indirectly, from the use of Content you produce on Nozarū horizn or its distribution by Nozarū horizn in any media. 

In addition, you represent and warrant to Nozarū horizn that your Content :

1. Does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Does not contain any comments considered inappropriate (e.g. defamation). 

3. Does not violate any law, act, ordinance or regulation applicable to you or Nozarū horizn. 

In the event that your Content allows you to be identified, in particular by a photo, and/or mentions your name, you authorizeNozarū, as well as its affiliates, to reproduce, print, publish and distribute in any form or on any medium (current or future) your name and your portrait throughout the world, without any remuneration being due to you or to anyone else. This permission shall be perpetual and may not be revoked for any reason. 

You also agree that we may use your Content in any way we deem appropriate or necessary. We reserve the right to edit, abridge, refuse to post or remove your Content for any reason. Horizn may edit, refuse or remove your Content in its sole and absolute discretion. 

Nozarū horizn is not at any time and under no circumstances responsible for the Content you produce. Horizn does not endorse or approve of the Content produced and excludes all liability and warranty with respect thereto. Nozarū horizn does not review in real time the Content created and posted on its Service and, therefore, cannot guarantee the reasonableness, accuracy, legality, safety, integrity or quality thereof. 

7. Listing of training locations ("Spots")

Any person registered on the Nozarū horizn Service and therefore having an account on it, has the possibility to create and list training places suitable for the practice of "parkour" and/or "freerunning" regardless of their geographical location. By posting spots on the Nozarū horizn Service, you represent and warrant to Nozarū horizn and its users that these locations are legal. 

In order to create and list spots in Nozarū horizn, you will need to :

• Be registered on the Service by creating an account; 

• Provide a name for the training location; 

• Enter information related to this training location; 

• Provide the geographical location of the training site; 

• Add one or more pictures of the training place. 

Again, Nozarū horizn does not monitor the spots listed on its Online Service in real time. Therefore, Nozarū horizn cannot guarantee the legality, safety, accuracy, integrity, compliance, quality, condition, or timeliness thereof. Horizn shall not be liable for any claims or lawsuits arising, directly or indirectly, from the practice of "parkour" and/or "freerunning" at the locations listed by users on its Online Service.

8. Tracking Training 

Anyone who has an account in the Nozarū horizn application has the possibility to activate the "Tracking Training" feature allowing other nearby users to follow their location in real time. The main purpose of this feature is to instantly connect users with each other and facilitate spontaneous training sessions. In order to use this feature, you will need to provide the following information: :

• Your full name or username; 

• Your location; 

Your location will not be shared continuously, other nearby users will only be able to locate you when you are located by our Service for more than X amount of time on a listed spot. However, Nozarū horizn does not assume or make any representations or warranties as to the legality, safety, accuracy, integrity, compliance, quality or timeliness of any user located and viewed by any other nearby user on the Service. 

9. Creation and publication of events 

By registering on the Service, any user will be able to create and publish events of different sizes. These events are :

• A call for a training session;

• The organization of a large "JAM" gathering; 

• The organization of a paid event. 

The purpose of creating and publishing these events is to make it easier for users to get together to practice parkour and/or freerunning at one of the training locations listed in the Service. Any user has the possibility to join them. As a creator and organizer of an event, you represent and warrant to Nozarū horizn and other users of the Service that the location(s) selected for the event are legal. In order to create and post these events, you will need to provide the following information, among others: 

• Event name;

• Selected training location(s);

• The date and time of each selected training location; 

• The price of the event if paying. 

If you cancel or modify an event, we will notify all users registered as "participants" and issue an immediate refund if the event was a paid event as soon as possible. Nozarū horizn does not review in real time the events created and posted on its Service and, therefore, cannot guarantee the legality, safety, accuracy, integrity, compliance, quality or timeliness of the events. Nozarū horizn does not assume or make any representations or warranties as to the legality, safety, accuracy, integrity, compliance, quality or timeliness of any event created and posted by any user on its Service. 

10. Property

As agreed between you and Nozarū horizn, you own your Content. We own the Nozarū horizn Content, including, but not limited to, the visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, designs, compilations (including, but not limited to, our selection, coordination, aggregation, and arrangement of User Content and other Content on the Service), computer code, products, software, aggregations of star ratings, and all other elements and components of the Service except for your Content, User Content, and Third-Party Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets and other intellectual and industrial property rights worldwide associated with the Nozarū horizn Content and the Service, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark and trade secret laws and all other applicable intellectual and industrial property rights and laws. Accordingly, you will not sell, license, copy, publish, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or otherwise use or exploit the Nozarū horizn Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously set forth herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Service and the Nozarū horizn Content belong to us.

11. Advertising and Promotions 

Nozarū horizn may publicly display advertisements, paid content and other information adjacent to or included in your Content. You are not entitled to any compensation for these advertisements. The approach, terms and scope of these advertisements are subject to change without specific notice to you. 

Our App may therefore carry third party advertisements and promotions on or in connection with the Nozarū horizn Service or may provide information or links to third party products or services on or in connection with the Service. Your dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, third parties and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions are solely between you and such third parties. Nozarū horizn is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or promotions, or as the result of the presence of non-Nozarū horizn advertisers or third-party information on the Service.

12. Rules and conduct

As a condition of your use, you shall not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service. In addition, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and, if you are a legal entity, the advertising, marketing, privacy and other self-regulatory codes of your industry. 

By way of non-limiting example, you may not (nor may you allow any third party to) upload, download, post, submit, distribute or facilitate the distribution of any Content on or through our Service, including, without limitation, any User Submission: 

• that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, trade dress or other right of any third-party person or entity, or that violates any law or contractual obligation;

• that you know is false, misleading, deceptive or inaccurate; 

• unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, harassing, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, profane, containing or depicting nudity, containing or depicting sexual activity, inciting intolerance, discrimination or violence, or otherwise inappropriate or objectionable as determined by Nozarū horizn in its sole discretion; 

• which constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam; 

• that involves commercial activities (whether or not for profit) and/or sales without Nozarū horizn's prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising or pyramid schemes; 

• that contains viruses or any other computer code, files, worms, logic bombs or programs designed or intended to interrupt, disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper working of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of Nozarū horizn or any third party ; 

• impersonating any person or entity, including a Nozarū horizn employee or representative; 

• that includes identifying documents or sensitive information; 

• that violates the Privacy Policy, the Internal Policy and/or any other policy or rule incorporated herein. 

Child pornography is strictly prohibited: Nozarū horizn will terminate the account of any user posting or distributing child pornography and report them to the appropriate authorities. 

You must not (directly or indirectly): 

• perform actions that impose or would impose (as determined by Horizn in its sole discretion) an unreasonable or excessive burden on Nozarū horizn's (or its third-party providers') infrastructure;

• interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or activities conducted on the Service;

• circumvent any measures Nozarū horizn may implement to block or restrict access to the Service (or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service); 

• perform any form of automated response or "spam" on the Service 

• use software, manual or automated devices, or other processes to analyze or index any page within the Site; 

• collect Content from the Service; 

• modify, adapt, republish, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, republish, reuse for other purposes, sell, trade, or in any way exploit any Content on the Service or the Site (except for your User Submissions), except as expressly authorized by Nozarū horizn; 

• decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract source code, algorithms or ideas underlying any part of the Service (including, without limitation, any application or widget), except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law prohibiting such restrictions; 

• copy, rent, distribute or otherwise transfer the rights granted to you below ;

• use the Service in a manner that could disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from taking full advantage of our services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the operation of our services in any way; 

• take any other action in violation of Nozarū horizn’s guidelines and policies ;

• voluntarily create and publish places considered private or illegal as training spots. 

Nozarū horizn does not guarantee the availability of all Content or User Submissions (as defined above) on the Site or through the Service. Nozarū horizn has no obligation to monitor the Sites, Services, Content or User Submissions. However, Nozarū horizn reserves the right to (i) remove, suspend, edit or modify Content in its sole discretion including, without limitation, any User Submission, at any time, without notice for any reason (including, without limitation, claims or allegations by third parties or authorities regarding the Content or if Nozarū horizn questions whether you have violated these Terms of Use) or for any reason whatsoever and (ii) to remove, suspend or block any User Submission from the Service. Nozarū horizn also reserves the right to access, read, retain and disclose information as reasonably necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce these Terms of Use and investigate potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent or respond to technical, security or fraud problems, (iv) respond to requests for assistance from users, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of Nozarū horizn, its users and the public. 

13. Third Party Sites and Services

The Service may allow you to link to other sites, services or resources on the Internet. Other websites, services or resources may contain links to the Site. When you access third party websites, you do so at your own risk. Each party's terms and conditions will govern that party's relationship with you. These other websites are not under the control of Nozarū horizn, and you acknowledge that Nozarū horizn is not responsible for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of such websites or resources. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement by Nozarū horizn or any association with its operators. You further acknowledge and agree that Nozarū horizn shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content or goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

14. Submission of ideas 

Any comments or suggestions regarding the Service, its features or the business activities in which Nozarū horizn is or may be engaged that you may provide to Nozarū horizn may be used, adapted or implemented by Nozarū horizn without any obligation for compensation or any other consideration. 

15. Termination

Nozarū horizn may terminate your access to all or part of the Services and/or the "Register with Nozarū horizn" Link at any time, with or without cause and notice, effective immediately, which may result in the confiscation and destruction of all information associated with the Services. If you wish to terminate your account, follow the corresponding instructions on our Service. Any fees paid hereunder are non- refundable. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature are intended to survive termination will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability. 

16. Limitations of Warranty

Nozarū horizn has no special relationship with you and owes you no fiduciary duty. You acknowledge that Nozarū horizn has no control over, and no obligation to take any action regarding, the users who access the Service, the Content you access through the Service, the impact that the Content may have on you, the manner in which you may interpret or use the Content, or the actions you may take after accessing the Content. 

You release Nozarū horizn from any and all liability for your acquisition or non-acquisition of Content through the Service. The Service may contain or direct you to websites that contain information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. Also, Nozarū horizn may list training locations or events that are located in private and illegal areas. It is your responsibility to make sure before you go there. Nozarū horizn assumes no responsibility for any information contained in or accessible through the Service and shall not be liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of any information contained in or accessible through the Service. 

You release Nozarū horizn from any and all liability for your connections and relationships with other users. You agree that Nozarū horizn does not screen users in any way, that Nozarū horizn does not ask users about their background, and that Nozarū horizn does not conduct background checks or statements about users. Nozarū horizn makes no representations about the behavior of users or the truthfulness of the information they provide. In no event shall Nozarū horizn be liable for any damages whatsoever; direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential and/or incidental, arising out of or in connection with your or any other user's conduct in connection with the Services, including, without limitation, personal injury, emotional distress, or any damages resulting from visiting any of the locations listed on the Service, communicating with, or meeting with users or any other person with whom you become acquainted through the Service. Also, you agree to take all reasonable precautions and to protect yourself when using the Service and when interacting with persons with whom you come in contact through the Service, especially if you choose to meet such persons physically. For example, you should never provide your financial information (e.g., credit card information or account numbers) to others. 

THE SITE, SERVICE, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE MARK, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW. 

NOZARŪ HORIZN, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND CONTENT PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES AND IN ALL LOCATIONS; (B) DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, SERVICES AND HORIZN CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME STATES/COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

17. Indemnification 

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Nozarū horizn, its subsidiaries, affiliates and each of its and their employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from and against all losses, costs, actions, claims, damages expenses (including legal fees) or remedies, arising out of your use or misuse of our Sites, Services, Content, access thereto or otherwise, your User Submissions, violation of these Terms of Use or any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity by you or anyone using your account. Nozarū horizn reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to assist Nozarū horizn and cooperate in asserting any available defenses.

18. Limitation of Liability

In addition to the other disclaimers set forth in these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nozarū horizn and its officers, directors, employees, agents and their respective successors and assigns be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including, without limitation invasion of privacy, loss of business or loss of profits however caused, and whether or not based on contract (including breach of material obligation), these Terms, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if Nozarū horizn knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. 

Nozarū horizn has no obligation to maintain or store Your Content or any other data you post or create from time to time on the Service and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any loss of such data. 

The Service and its content (including Your Content) and the services, information and tools offered on the Service are made available to you for informational purposes only, for your use only. Under no circumstances does Nozarū horizn provide you with legal or other advice of any kind through the Service. 

The Service and its content (including Your content) and the services, information and tools offered on the Service are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not review Your Content posted on the Service, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the reasonableness, accuracy, legality, safety, integrity or quality of Your Content. Nozarū horizn assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising directly or indirectly from Your Content. 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you expressly agree to release Nozarū horizn, its subsidiaries and affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees and business partners from any and all liability, claims, damages or losses arising out of your participation in "parkour" and/or "freerunning", whether or not from Spots or events listed on the Service, which shall be at your sole risk. 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you expressly agree to release Nozarū horizn, its subsidiaries and affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees and business partners from any and all liability, claims, damages or losses arising out of your participation in any event created and posted by any user on the Service, which is done at your own risk. 

Nozarū horizn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement and freedom from computer virus. Nozarū horizn does not warrant or make any representations that the functions contained in the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the microsite or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. In addition, the Service may experience occasional outages and certain programming errors may be caused by updates or events beyond Nozarū horizn's control. Neither Nozarū horizn nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for your inability to browse, use or access the Service for any reason. In  addition, Nozarū horizn reserves the right to make the Service or any of its services or features temporarily unavailable for maintenance or upgrade procedures.  

If you decide to visit or use any web site linked to the Service or any materials, software, goods or services offered through a web site linked to the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk. 

19. Apple's Terms and Conditions

By using or downloading the application from the Apple App Store, you agree to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

20. Google Terms and Conditions 

Some parts of the Nozarū horizn interface use Google Maps/Google Earth mapping services, including Google Maps APIs. Portions of the Nozarū horizn interface use Google Maps/Google Earth mapping services, including Google Maps APIs. Your use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to the additional GoogleMaps/GoogleEarthterms and conditions.

21. E-mails

You will receive communications from us using your email or other contact information you provide for your Horizn account. Signing up for additional email subscription programs will not affect the frequency of these communications, but you should expect to receive additional emails specific to your activity within the Service. We may also send you promotional emails. There is no charge for these promotional emails, but third-party data rates may apply. You can control the promotional emails you receive by unsubscribing via the link in each footer of our emails. Please note that you will not be able to take advantage of certain promotions if you disable certain communication settings or if you do not have a Nozarū horizn account.

22. Juridiction and Applicable Laws

Nozarū horizn maintains and controls the Service from its offices in Namur, Belgium. Your access to and use of the Service and the Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

You irrevocably accept and acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels with respect to any dispute that may arise, elect domicile there and waive any objection based on the absence of territorial jurisdiction or any claim based on the concept of forum non convenient.

23. Integration and divisibility

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Nozarū horizn with respect to the Service and use of the Site, Service, Content or User Submissions, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Nozarū horizn with respect to its Services. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to exercise any right set forth herein shall not be construed as a waiver of any other rights set forth. The waiver of compliance in one instance does not imply a permanent waiver of Nozarū horizn in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms of Use to be effective, Nozarū horizn must deliver such waiver to you in writing through one of its legal representatives.

24. Modification of the Terms of Use 

Nozarū horizn reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (including, without limitation, the availability of any features, databases or content) at any time by posting a notice on our Service or by sending a notice via the Service or e-mail. Nozarū horizn may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

25. Survival 

Except as provided in Section 24.12 and subject to Section 13.6 of the Terms of Service for Non-European Users, this Section 24 shall survive any termination of these Terms and shall continue to apply even if you cease to use the Nozarū horizn Service or terminate your Nozarū horizn account.
