Your Personal Data

Privacy is a fundamental right and Horizn is fully aware of this. This is why you have the right to refuse the sharing of your personal data through the service we offer.

Your last login, the last spot you were training in or the page of the spot you viewed, your age and gender are data that we collect. Our service is fully designed to protect this information.

Offering you a quality digital experience at the expense of your security is not one of our core values. The proper handling of your data is an absolute necessity. Also, keep in mind that your personal data can greatly help us to understand your interests, habits and preferences. The ultimate goal is to better satisfy you and to better serve the parkour community.

What Nozarū horizn collects

The correct collection of your personal data is one of our priorities. Find out how we do it.

Nozarū horizn does not wish to hold all of your personal information. Only data that is essential to the optimal use of our service and the improvement of our service will be collected.

As part of our service, we use :

• « APIs » – Application Programming Interface, designating the set of computer functions by which two pieces of software will interact without human intervention. In concrete terms, the program designed by Nozarū horizn developers retrieves data at regular intervals as a result of your use of the Nozarū horizn service. This interference between the application (the service we offer) and the programme is possible thanks to the interface which is the gateway for interaction between users and the Horizn company. Through this process, we retrieve information about you and store it in our database.

• Third party login data and analytical services to collect/analyse user information.

Identifying data

This category includes personal identification data and electronic identification data.

Data concerned: Surname, first name, e-mail address, IP addresses, location, connection times, browser type, operating system, device type, device model, regional and language options, unique hardware identifiers and device serial number.

Financial details

This includes some information relating to your bank account and payment card, as well as any information relating to payments you have made and any other details relating to the services you have purchased from us and other similar details. Please note that we do not store your full payment card information. This information is stored by our approved third-party payment processor.

Personal details

This category contains your personal details.

Data concerned : Age, sex and date of birth.

Lifestyle habits

This category includes habits and lifestyles.

Data concerned: Behavior when browsing the application, buying habits such as frequency of purchase, preferred time of day and day of the week, the product range that interests you most, etc.

Please note that our servers automatically register information such as "login data", "device data" or "identification data". This data is simply generated by your use of our service and your interaction within the application such as when you log in. We also ask you to enable notifications for location and access to your camera. However, the collection of this data is not specifically intended to be processed for commercial or marketing purposes. Each data processing will only be carried out after your explicit consent. The collection and possible processing of your data does not entail any risk for the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned - i.e. for yourself.

Concerning the consent of users with a Nozarū horizn account : We ask for it when registering. However, if you contact us via our website, telephone number, e-mail address, or physically, we ask you to provide certain basic information that identifies you personally, such as your first name, last name, and possibly your e-mail address. By providing us with your personal information, you consent and agree to our collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Consent may be given electronically, verbally or by voluntarily providing personal information. Our service may require you to register and create an account with us. When you create an account, we ask you to provide us with certain information as explained above. If you choose not to provide us with the basic personal information we require, we may not be able to provide you with some of the features in our application.

In certain exceptional and rare cases, we may collect, use or disclose personal information without your direct or explicit consent. We may use your personal information when it has been published by you, either obviously or intentionally, on a website, forum or any other public online platform.

At Nozarū horizn your rights are respected : Immediate access to your personal data is possible and the permanent deletion of all your personal data is also possible. You have the right to revoke your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. You also have the right to modify your personal data by changing at any time the content of the information about you in the "My Account" section in the mobile application. If you provide location information during the registration process or at any other time through your settings, we will retain this information and associate it with your account. In some cases, we may collect and store information about your location, for example by converting your IP address to an approximate geolocation. If you use mobile services, we may automatically collect location data directly from your mobile device, if your mobile device permits us to do so. Each time you use the application, you will be required to share your location with us.

The retention period for your data remains as short as necessary.

The retention period for your data is the same for each category of data. The retention period is not defined in days, months, years but is characterized by your activity within Nozarū horizn.

In other words, storage is unlimited as long as the user is active. If you have been inactive for 12 months and 1 day, we reserve the right to retain your data for 1 year after this absence of 12 months and 1 day. Indeed, if no action on your part is detected within the application for a minimum of 1 year, we will still consider your data to be useful for another year. Please note that if you decide to delete your account, we will immediately delete all data we hold about you. By this policy, you consent to the collection and processing of your data on the basis of the time limits mentioned above.

Please note that your consent can be revoked at any time in accordance with the new data protection regulations.

The use of your data at Nozarū horizn

Improving our service is essential, as is the processing of your data.

In order to optimize your experience within our application, and in the development of our service, we share and resell to third parties personally or non-personally identifiable information that we collect during your use of our digital solution.

At Nozarū horizn, in order to provide you with a continuous improvement of your digital experience, we also use your personal information. Nevertheless, we do not forget to make this optimization while not infringing on your privacy and continuing to respect it.

In order to fulfil our commitment to partial anonymization, we use a modern differential confidentiality procedure. This processing method involves mixing your data with thousands of other data to obtain only general graphics. This process avoids displaying information that can be traced back to you. These charts or graphs allow us to see which spots are the most popular in a given geographic area or what the consumption of each gender is by age (not including personally identifiable information shared for commercial purposes). Ultimately, we put privacy first.

Advertising content and advertisers: advertising, yes but relevant.

At Nozarū horizn we pay close attention to the advertisements that are displayed in our application. Your data allows us to provide you with ads that are relevant to your profile and thus personalize your experience. Of course, this quality is not achieved at the expense of your privacy because we take care to share anonymous information first.

We can offer you interstitial advertising through the application. Interstitial is a mobile advertising format linked to digital media and refers to a full screen message that appears on a smartphone at startup or in the transition between two screens of an application. It can also be displayed between two pages of a mobile website or on a tablet application. This type of advertising usually lasts a few seconds and is clickable. Through your data, interactions, habits and behavior, we actively ensure that these displays respond to your interests.

We can also offer you mobile banner ads that appear at the top or bottom of the screen within the application. When the user clicks on them, they can be redirected to the advertiser's site, a promotional offer, a page offering them to download an application, etc.

In this way, we retrieve your data in order to offer you advertisements adapted and personalized to your profile. We also plan to set up an advertising system entirely designed to be able to show you relevant and useful advertisements without having to reveal your identity to future advertisers (via differential confidentiality).

We may also receive data from our partners and advertisers about your interactions with them as well as about you.

The management of your data, your rights and your security in the Nozarū horizn application

Our application are only accessible by you.

When you register you will be asked to enter the password you want. To reinforce your security, we may send you a confirmation e-mail or SMS depending on the information you have given us to ensure that you are the right person. Choose a password as complex as you wish, you are the master of your security and we ensure the protection of your identifiers.

Our application, your decisions.

When our application is installed on your device and tries to access one of your personal data, such as your camera or your location, your device first asks for your authorization. Indeed, most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, ...) protect certain types of data that applications cannot access without the user's consent. These platforms use different methods to obtain your consent. The iOS platform alerts you the first time the Horizn application requests access to certain types of data and then allows you to accept or reject this request. Android devices tell you what access is being requested directly before the application is used for the first time, which is then equivalent to your consent.

In some devices, you can also change these permissions at any time, as on Apple-branded devices.

You have rights and we take them into account.

There are terms and conditions applicable to all your rights and we comply with those terms and conditions. We undertake to provide - to the person asserting his right - information on the measures taken following the request made, as soon as possible and in any event within 1 month of receipt of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by 2 months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. When there is an extension of the deadline, we will inform you of this extension and the reasons for the extension within 1 month of receipt of the request. Where you submit your application in electronic form, the information will be provided electronically where possible, unless you request otherwise. If we decide not to comply with any of your requests, we will inform you without delay and no later than 1 month after receipt of the request. We will inform you of the reasons for our inaction/refusal and of the possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or to lodge an appeal with the courts.

For our part, for both direct and indirect collection, we plan to provide you in advance with information about a possible other purpose and any other relevant information. This would occur if we intend to further process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which your personal data was obtained.
